A special tour of Toraya Honten Brewery, winner of the IWC grand prize, hosted by the chief brewer
Toraya Honten is receiving high praise from around the world, such as being the winner of the grand prize in the sake category of the IWC (International Wine Challenge). The chief brewer will give you a thorough tour around this Oya stone brewery. In an extraordinary space such as a sake brewery, you'll also be able to take time savoring sake with side dishes made with local Utsunomiya ingredients.
*The chief brewer (toji) supervises the sake brewing process.
● Experience the special pairing between sake and Utsunomiya side dishes in the traditional space of a sake brewery built with Oya stone.
● Tour the space that brews the very Japanese sake that achieved international recognition by winning the IWC grand prize.
