OTOWA is a French restaurant opened by Chef Otowa in his hometown of Utsunomiya. He trained under the late Alain Chapel, a master chef who earned three Michelin stars. This charming restaurant serves dishes prepared by Chef Otowa with his unique nutritional education, learned through traveling and training at restaurants across Europe, and consideration towards the environment. Consulting is available to create a menu for your special guests, whether a small private meal or seated buffet parties, according to the number of guests and your budget.

　A full course meal to make you discover French cuisine's tradition, evolution, and joy. 

　The finest ingredients are elegantly and gorgeously prepared. The main course can be changed to Tochigi beef fillet.
