Venue Rental Plan

A plan that uses sightseeing and culture facilities with charming spaces

Facilities such as the Oya History Museum, Banba Citizens Square, and Four Seasons Bamboo Forest Wakayama Farm will be available to use as a MICE venue.

■ Oya History Museum
Oya is a type of stone mined from areas near Oyamachi, Utsunomiya. The Oya History Museum is a place that effectively utilizes the massive underground mining ruins. The museum was previously used for an event hosted by a luxury Swiss watch brand.

■ Banba Citizens Square
A 1,800㎡ square created as a place for rest and relaxation on the west side of Utsunomiya Omotesando Square alongside the Utsunomiya Babadori Chuo Redevelopment Project. The square can be used for various events such as presentations, exhibitions, and performances.

■ Four Seasons Bamboo Forest Wakayama Farm
A forest of bamboo as far as the eye can see where you can have extraordinary experiences. It was used as a filming location for many films, commercials, and television dramas, then was expanded into a farm with the desire to give people opportunities to "feel close to bamboo.

* Use may be limited to between November and May due to weather
　Basic Rental Fee: 100,000 yen
・Limited to after-hour use from 17:00 – 21:00
・Extension Fee: 30,000 yen for an hour before tax
・Does not include setup arrangements for catering or events. Only the venue is provided.

2. Closed Museum Days (December - March)
Tuesday Rentals
・Basic Rental Fee: 300,000 yen
・Extension Fee: 30,000 yen for an hour before tax

(2) Group Museum Tour
・One person: 800 yen
・20+ people: 700 yen per person, can be accommodated on any day except closed museum days

■ Banba Citizens Square
