【Production flow】
①Please apply for the Ikebana decoration plan at least 1.5 months before the date of the event. (Please let us know the exhibition date and time, location, event period, budget, and event/store job description.)

②We will inspect the installation location immediately. (We need the information of the size, carrying-in route, if there is a place can use water, and etc. since this is a custom-order.)
↓
③We will provide you an image of your order. (If the preparation period is short, please leave it to us.)
↓
④We will work on the production.
↓
⑤We will carry materials in the installation location on the day or the day before the event and start the production.
(The production time changes depending on the size or the place.)
↓
⑥We will take photos of the work after the production or installation is completed.
(We use the picture for our records and posting on the school’s social media only. If you don’t wish to post the event on the social media, we will keep your information anonymous.)
↓
⑦We will remove the work after the event/exhibition period. (If it’s a long-term exhibition, we will maintain the work appropriately.)
●Size and a rough estimate of the budget
①Approximately within 500mm×700mm (for the Ikebana on the tables), Small size, Up to 3 days of the exhibition period, 11,000yen (including tax)
②Approximately within 1000mm×1400mm (for the Ikebana on the floor), Medium size, Up to 3 days of the exhibition period, 33,000yen (including tax)
③Approximately within 1000mm×1000mm×2000 (for the object on the floor containing bamboo or Oya stone), Up to 1 month of the exhibition period, 55,000yen (including tax), maintenance for free
●Shipping fee
Free shipping for productions at Utsunomiya Station Communication Center (Light Cube Utsunomiya).
For other facilities, 2,200 yen will be charged as an additional shipping fee.
We will work on the product depending on your budget.
