A center conveniently located near JR Utsunomiya Station and Tobu-Utsunomiya Station. An ample selection of facilities is available, such as the Main Hall, which can host performances of various genres, and a mobile stage in the Sub Hall. It also has conference rooms that accommodate up to 248 people, four galleries that can be used for different purposes, rehearsal spaces, and practice rooms. The center can host concerts, events, various functions and receptions, conventions, academic conferences, and business conferences.
