A multi-purpose facility that is famous for cultural arts with a large main hall accomodating up to 2,000 people. The structure provides a total of 800 free parking spaces. The cultural hall underwent large-scale repairs in November 2015 that lasted 17 months. It has reopened with an improved hall, amenities, and barrier-free accessibility. The charming area has a vibrant natural environment home to Akebono Park and rows of ginkgo trees.
